An Insight Into the Big Bang and Dark Matter

               Author M.P.King BSc. (Hons)

The Generally accepted cosmological Theories

It has been theorised by many scientists that the big bang occurred approximately 12,000 million years ago and that the cosmos up until that point did not exist. Now I find it very difficult to accept that an event such as the big bang – with such vast amounts of energy as to be way beyond our comprehension -, suddenly appeared out of nowhere and continued on to form the known cosmos of today. It is also stated by scientists that there is insufficient matter in today’s cosmos to tie up with calculated quantities, the amount of which would decide one way or another whether the distant future cosmos will firstly, continue to expand, secondly, will remain at a final maximum with no further expansion or lastly reach a maximum and then revert to a contracting state. The first oddity comes from the repaired Hubble telescope which now has a magnification factor easily able to see clearly the outer fringe of the expanding big bang. There is no outer fringe to the cosmos at 12,000 million light years distance. Clearly something is amiss with either theory or calculations. I am also thinking that a 12,000 million light year fringe would necessitate an expansion for 12,000 million light years and then the return of the light emitted at that fringe which would then take another 12,000 million light years to reach us, a total of 24 million light years this means that after 12,000 million light years we would only be seeing the fringe of 6,000 million light years, The Hubble equation uses a constant to enable the expected results to be generated but if a constant is required then the theory is suspect, but perhaps we shouldn’t go there. The second anomaly is the theory expounded to allow for the missing matter. The missing matter according to today’s scientists is made up of dark matter which we can’t see and the effects of which cannot be measured, convenient if nothing else. The third anomaly is involved with galaxies, each of which is said to be falling into a central black hole. Would it not be more conceivable for each galaxy to be the result of an individual big bang or to coin a phrase a white hole? Certainly the spiral effect of the individual galaxies would then be due to matter falling into the very large black holes in the dim distant future especially if the approach of the matter to the black hole was at an angle to the axis. It has also been recently stated that the cosmos is expanding but at a rate which is accelerating.

For cosmological accelerating expansion to occur, vast quantities of energy beyond imagination would be required, all at once – another theoretical joke. The last theory which I must admit is quite plausible is that over a sufficiently long period of time the cosmos will grow old, the suns will burn out and all matter will decay and turn eventually back to dust with no light at all. That is if cosmological time works in the accepted way.

I personally do not feel that this is to be the way of things to come. Others may disagree with me but until I see proof to back up any other ‘way out’ theories I will continue to choose to understand the cosmological functioning as follows:

The big bang did happen, but so did many others spread throughout the cosmos at differing times and places, untold millions of them. This would account for the missing expansion fringe at 12,000 million light years distance, as the mix of many expansions would be seen as a continuing cosmos. The expansion rate of these universes occurring at differing times and places and in differing directions would, from a sufficient distance, appear to be accelerating with reference to our own position, with particular emphasis to the possibility of the position of the observer being on the opposite side of his own expanding universe.

In the dim distant future taking the scenario that there is sufficient matter in the universe to cause an eventual contraction, the gradual contracting matter would eventually form black holes by the millions spread through time and space past, present and future. Again the holes would form at entirely random times and places and the numbers would be beyond count. As each of these black holes attracts more and more matter into their hearts so the gravity wells would increase proportionately. The energy within the gravity well would, given sufficient time, increase to the point where matter entering, would be accelerated up to and beyond the speed of light.

Yes I know that it is supposed to be impossible for matter to exceed the speed of light but we have unusual and extreme circumstances here. In the first place, matter is transformed by the extreme heat and pressure within the gravity well to a form of proton/neutron plasma. This is due to the extremes of pressure, gravity and temperature affecting matter entering black holes. It is this plasma which is accelerated by the gravitational well energy to speeds in excess of that of the speed of light. Secondly, the laws of physics inside a black hole are unknown, as no one has even seen one. Now because the plasma has exceeded light velocity its only course is to go back in time. If the energy level is sufficient then the time span may well be such to allow energy plasma to erupt into space as a big bang many millions of millions of years back in time, as ours did 12,000 million years ago. I would imagine that once the fabric of space had been ruptured then the energy required to keep it that way would be much less, enaballing the eruption of matter from the exit point to continue for some time befor the energy available reduced to a point where the emerging matter would cease. This may or may not cause the dissipation of the black hole in the future due to insufficient energy to maintain it. Ours may have been the first but equally it may have been the last. This would then imply that the cosmos may have been in existence and expanding for much, much longer that the estimated 12,000 million years. It could of course be in the order of millions of times the above estimated value. As the black holes are forming in the future at differing times and places, so the emerging big bangs would also emerge at differing times and places in the dim distant past.

A recent Horizon program (UK.TV.) tried to use the string theory to show that time travel was possible. This theory was put forth in a way, which appeared to be proven, or that such proof was taken for granted. There is no proof what so ever to back up this type of fairy tale. No strings have ever been detected and there doesn’t seem much chance that they ever will. Mathematical proof without factual evidence is only useful as a guide to scientists that a theory may be possible in actuality but should not be taken as a forgone conclusion that any particular theory is valid.

Too many unfounded theories are presented by TV science programs, as if they are true tried and tested theories. This theory of mine which I admit is just as unfounded does have in its defence a large element of possibility. Getting back to the subject….

…The original problem of missing matter in the universe is cleared up instantly as a large proportion of the missing matter has been sent back in time to form the past big bangs. A virtual doughnut in time.

Taking things a little further, if we allow that time is a human perception thing and doesn’t really exist except within our minds then we have the large amounts of matter moving through space, not time, as this is only a human sensibility. This is a bit loose but ties in with some theories regarding the essence of time and the human awareness of time in general. The last point which helps this line of thought is the fact that when any matter is moving there are time differentials (to our senses and measurements) occurring. (Einstein’s Theory of relativity). The greater the velocity then the greater the time differential. NASA has proven this during the flights to the moon and back using atomic clocks. Even within our own bodies these time differentials occur, when we walk, move any part of our bodies and even talking, time is different for each part relative to any other which is still or moving at a different velocity. It may only be microscopic fractions of a microsecond but they are there. If one goes along with the notion that time doesn’t exist then there is no problem of differential time effects on any moving parts. This next part is a bit more to try to swallow and it relates to the measurement of vast distances using the red spectral shift. The amount of spectral shift is supposed to relate directly to the distance in light years. Now if we look at the packets of light quanta emitted from source, call them photons of you like. When emitted primarily they will conform to the required red shift as purporting to distance but when the photons pass large gravitational bodies then they will be accelerated as they approach and decelerated as they draw away. The effect of this is that when accelerated the energy level of the energy quanta increases and to accommodate this increase of energy so the relative speed will increase, as the speed of light is a constant, so time related to the packet of energy will speed up to conserve the SOL and the converse will be true for the photons in a decelerating state. At the same time the slingshot effect of gravitational energy from star and planetary material will also add to the relative energy level of the photons as will the absorption of energy by dust and cosmic radiation. It now gets worse because when the photons are subjected to large gravity fields such as stars and black holes and the like, they not only alter their energy status but also their directional status, during their multi-million light year sojourn they are subjected to many large gravitational energy sources and each source depending on its magnitude will alter the direction of travel of the photons.

After such a journey the photons could indicate a direction of emission from the totally opposite direction or even have circled around the cosmos a number of times before finalising upon an electronic receptor on this earth, we don’t really stand much chance of finding out exactly the photons origin, do we!

It is for these reasons that the use of the red shift phenomena to measure distance is erroneous. If for a moment we accept that time is a man perception thing only and as such does not really exist and then look at all these effects in detail we see a solution for the lost matter emerge and also for the expansion and contraction of the many big bangs, by removing time from the equation we simplify matters to a point where things start to make sense. Last but not least is the cosmic residual radiation which is theorised to be the remains of the big bang but the evenness of this radiation belies the expected discordant levels. Now if we look at this again but with the contents of this paper in mind then we have billions of big bangs all throughout time and space, past and present. This would have the effect of levelling the radiation to the state which we observe today.

Now my notes as laid out above may be disputed by many or even all but there are many questions raised which cannot be easily answered without rethinking a lot of the current theories, which may then prove to be erroneous. But if my over extreme thinking makes you stop and look carefully at all these accepted theories and their validity even postulate your own theories then it has achieved its result. An awful lot of currently accepted beliefs and or theories when looked at logically become a lot more unbelievable than this paper. The big bang, matter from nowhere? Dark matter, that we can’t see or measure? Light travelling in a straight line for in excess of 3000 million light years when it is known to be diverged by large gravitational fields? Doesn’t this conglomeration of normally accepted fictional theories make you stop and think, if it doesn’t well it should.

CONCLUSION

We have had our big bang; so therefore, looking at cause and effect, the cosmos will eventually contract. The Cosmos contracting causes black holes in the future leading to the big bang in the past, which means there is sufficient matter in the cosmos for contraction to eventually occur otherwise it would not have contracted in the first place which in turn means no big bang, no galaxies and no big bang theories of any kind.

The matter from the past big bang, must have been time shifted from the future, where else could it have originated. That is if there is such a thing as time. The missing matter is nicely accounted for by existing in a differing time phase. Within the cosmos as a whole, the amount of matter present throughout time is as calculated and is sufficient to cause eventual contraction. Remove time from the equation and it all fits together nicely. The use of the spectral red shift as a means of measuring distance is erroneous and accounts for all the strange and anomalous distance calculations. Multiple big bangs nicely accounts for the even cosmic radiation. And last but not least, where we see stars may not be where they actually are. Is it any wonder the theoretical cosmos is so misinterpreted?

Harley Builds 3-wheel Motorcycles – Harley Magazine Review of the 2009 Tri-glide

The rumor mill never seems to slow down when it comes to Harley-Davidson and its future bikes. I guess that kind of passion and curiosity is what drives the MoCo. The rumor of a factory Harley-Davidson trike making a comeback after more than three decades is true. The new Tri Glide Ultra Classic will be available at your local Harley dealer in limited numbers as a 2009 model.

Let’s start with what the machine is and isn’t. It is a genuine Harley-Davidson covered by a full factory 2 year warrantee. It is manufactured by Harley in association with Lehman Trikes of South Dakota. It lists for ,999 (in the US) and is available in the 48 contiguous US states and Canada. It is well engineered, looks good and is a blast to ride. It isn’t a warmed over Lehman trike. I don’t know why this project was internally nicknamed “Boomer” but it was, and now you know.

What’s involved in riding a trike verses a bike? Well, let’s just say that they are exactly the same only different. Quite different. Same throttle, clutch, shifter and brakes. But the handling is more like a car because trikes don’t lean, they steer around turns. So get used to pulling on one side of the handlebars and pushing on the other through the turns. And, thanks to all the extra weight out back, you’ll have to slip the clutch a bit more and give it a bit more throttle coming off a stop than with a bike. Plus you can keep your feet on the floorboards all the time, even at a full stop. And always remember that your machine is a lot wider than a bike, even a bagger, when going through narrow spaces. And just because you missed the pothole in the road with your front tire doesn’t mean you’ll miss it with your rear ones. And. . . well you get the idea. Trikes and bikes are simply different.

Out on the road the Tri Glide is impressive. I have ridden several old and new trikes over the years and feel this is the best of the breed. Superior handling, a healthy power train and top notch fit and finish – and this was on a pre-production model! The low and high speed handling is more neutral than I expect from a trike. I suspect the purpose-build frame and specific fork geometry and rear suspension has a lot to do with that. Once you get used to slipping the clutch slightly from a dead stop and push/pull steering on the handlebars, riding the Tri Glide is a blast. I predict these machines will sell out quickly with a waiting line once word is out on how much fun they are. Anyone who has ridden a two-wheel motorcycle will quickly take to the Tri Glide and will be confidently cruising the highways and slicing through zig zag turns on back roads in no time.

In our discussions with Harley’s marketing and engineering staff we heard how the main goal for the Tri Glide was “to extend riding access” which we took to mean extending the riding season (trikes handle better in snow, ice and rain than bikes do) as well as making people more comfortable riding a stable three-wheeler than a less stable two-wheeler. The Harley staffers told us their target customers tend to be more experienced riders. One of the senior people confided in us “A lot of people who try a Tri Glide for the first time are pleased and surprised with the ride.” After we put some miles on one we have to agree,

Unlike any other current model Harley-Davidson that I am aware of, the host portion of the new Tri Glides are built on a new assembly line in the York factory. It is then shipped to the Lehman factory in South Dakota to be finished. From there, the complete machines are shipped to Milwaukee where they are forwarded on to the dealer network. When we asked about the relationship between Lehman Trikes and Harley-Davidson we were told that Lehman is actively involved in the process, but the Harley Tri Glides are quite different than Lehman’s own Ultra-based trikes. While the Lehman version uses a modified stock Harley FL frame and one-piece rear body section, the Tri Glides use unique, purpose-built frames and separate rear body sections and fenders. Harley assured us the current association with Lehman is not based on a buy-out or a joint venture. Harley views Lehman as a supplier.

OK, so what else is unique or unusual about the Tri Glide? We have already touched on the specific-to-this-model frame with increased fork angle and less trail for better steering effort. It has an electronic hand control to activate the optional electric reverse motor. The front forks are longer than those on the two-wheel Ultras and have an external steering stabilizer for a more consistent ride.

The front wheel is a 16 inch hoop, the rears are 15 inchers. The wheels and brake rotors all match. Machines with this much weight need good brakes, and the front dual Brembos are up to the task. The 103 cubic inch engine mated with a heavy duty police-style clutch offers sufficient power to get down the road quite smartly. The Tri Glide has a unique transmission case and rear mounts are also different from the stock Harley Ultra two-wheel version. There is a standard oil cooler to help keep engine temperatures down, and the new for 2009 mufflers compliment the modified header pipes.

The Tour Pak is rated for up to 30 pounds of cargo, and the trunk, featuring hidden hinges and a lockable latch, can handle an additional 50 pounds in 4.3 cubic feet. We like the rear fenders are separate from the trunk and attached to it. Typically the trunk and rear fenders on most trikes are built as one unit making repairs or replacement quite expensive.

Apparently Harley management had been considering the possibility of adding a trike to the line-up for some time but there were many issues to deal with. These included safety concerns, marketing options, and manufacturing challenges. When we asked about the stability of a Tri Glide in various real world riding conditions, one of the Harley engineers responded by saying they designed it with several goals in mind. “We wanted it to slip” he said, “before it would tip.”

2 critical measures the trike had to pass were the lane change maneuver at highway speeds, and the steady state turn (in tight circles at increasing speeds). The trike accomplished both with room to spare. Harley management ok’d the project when they realized the Ultra-based Tri Glide can go faster and corner harder than a stock Harley Ultra motorcycle “so we felt a comfort zone there.”

All the 2009 Tri Glides will be based on Ultra Classics. But Harley isn’t saying whether this might change in the future to expand across other models using V-Rods, Dynas or Sportsters as the base. However, given the fact that Harley considers the Tri Glide a new separate model platform, I’d bet there are more variations in the works. Personally, I’d like to see a water-cooled V-Rod powered trike.

Harley is planning on building only 2500 Tri Glides for 2009 in three color options – Vivid Black, Dark Blue Pearl or Red Hot Sunglo, and plans are for them to be available in Harley dealerships in August 2008. MSRP is ,999, which is significantly less than a similar Lehman Harley Ultra, and the Tri Glide comes with a 2-year factory warrantee. Want one? Better get your name and deposit to your dealer ASAP. They are going to go fast.

The Science of Getting Rich Brought a Fascinating New Perspective to our Existence

The law of attraction was first published in the book the science of getting rich and states that you get what you think about. This philosophy is centered on the idea that your thoughts and emotions control your destiny. The science of getting rich was written in the year 1910 by Wallace D. Wattles and has inspired a successful film called the secret. At the very core of the movie the secret is the law of attraction philosophy which reveals a whole new perspective on reality: we attract those things in life that we focus on. You can find out all the information you need on this fascinating subject at law-of-attraction-beyond.com.

The law of attraction, also the central idea of the movie the secret, tells us that we are the ones that create our very own reality. Our thoughts and feelings are closely related to our existence and what we get in life. The reality around us depends on the positive or negative things that we choose to focus on. For example, if we only see the negative parts in something we will never see anything positive that might be there right in front of us. If someone repeatedly states that he hates his job he will never see any of the satisfying aspects. The law of attraction is as simple as that. Just wanting something isn’t enough if we are obsessed with not having it. The result of a negative mentality will be blocking out our true desires.

The science of getting rich, and later on the secret lead to an unprecedented phenomenon. Especially after viewing the secret people were thirsty for more information on the Universal Laws. They were eager to find out how to make the most of their natural capabilities. The movie made them feel tired of attracting negatives and become prepared to embrace a completely new mentality. It is important to realize that attracting wellbeing and abundance is knowledge to a certain extent. This knowledge has become available to anyone by means of the science of getting rich and the law of attraction.

There are many different types of personalities and each person has its own way of manifesting. Some people are better at manifesting than others and they sometimes seem to really be the lucky ones. These people look like they have everything they want in life and they put so little effort into obtaining it. This may be a consequence of the fact that they were born with the knowledge of manifesting already intact. However, not being born with extraordinary capabilities doesn’t mean you can’t practice and even surpass the talent manifested by another person. People who are so efficient in attracting the positive have usually trained their minds into completely focusing on their desires. They sometimes attract without even realizing that they do so, because they have already learned the power of their own thoughts so well. If someone came to such a person and suggested that they couldn’t have something or don’t deserve it, this person wouldn’t even pay attention. Not deserving is not part of their reality anymore. Completely eliminating negatives and barriers can do wonders for your life and you can experience an incredible feeling of liberation. Understanding how the law of attraction truly works can be the first step to a life filled with accomplishments and abundance.

Wide Width Shoes For People With Wide Feet

If you want to buy a new pair of shoes, you would imagine that’s something quite easy to do. You would expect to find shoes of all sizes, designs, and materials. But, when it comes to wide shoes, is that really so?

Most of the manufacturers make shoes of sizes and shapes that meet the requirements of a majority of persons. But even if there is a sizeable majority, there is always a minority. About two-thirds of all people have medium width feet, while one-third have wide feet.

Those people whose feet are wider than average will find them at a disadvantage. Regular width available shoes will not fit them correctly and in no time, the person will realize how uncomfortable the shoes are. Walking and even standing in them will be a major problem. Even if one is prepared to undergo the pain and discomfort, the shoe itself will give way. It will be torn at the place where the foot exerts pressure due to the foot’s wide width. The person will undergo torture and then ruin the shoe.

Does the remedy lie in having custom-made wide width shoes? If a person decides to follow this course, she or he will realize how hurtful it is to the wallet. Custom made wide width shoes may well be unaffordable for a substantial number of persons and do not always work as well as you would expect. Often times the styling is very unattractive as well.

The manufacturers have figured out that even this minority is sufficiently large enough to produce a very nice range of wide width products. If they cater to the special need for wide width shoes, they will have a sizeable market. Persons with wide feet need not worry. They do not have to undergo the torture of wearing ill-fitting shoes, or have to spend a fortune to have custom wide width shoes made.

You can find information on a wide variety of wide width shoes for Men and Women at www.daveswideshoes.com

Therefore, if you have wide feet, you can relax and go online and find a great alternative that will ensure that your feet feel comfortable, healthy and relaxed as well.

Cold Calling: the Myth of Cold Calling 2.0 and Other Urban Legends

I receive Google Alerts daily on my favorite subject of conversation, cold calling, and I read them. I’m always on the lookout for an opportunity to contribute to a discussion on cold calling, sales, or any other related subject, especially if I can inject some self-promotion!

In the over four years that I’ve been following this subject, I’ve gotten very good at spotting trends, and there’s one that is popular right now: The idea of “Cold Calling 2.0.”

Whoever coined this term no doubt took the name from Web 2.0. However, the idea that cold calling is any different today than it was in the past is far-fetched and ignorant at best. In my opinion, attempting to dupe salespeople and small business owners that there is anything new or different about cold calling that might work in today’s economy is problematic at best, and downright unethical and dishonest at worst.

Here’s an example: I had a coaching call today with an individual who spent over four figures (yes, four figures!) on a package from one of these “Cold Calling 2.0” gurus. What was he taught for that obscene amount of money? To send e-mails to companies, pretending to ask for help, all with the lowly goal of learning who the contact person is.

Well, that’s a lot of effort – and a bit of lying – just to find out who the contact person is. After all, the sales interaction doesn’t even begin until that contact person is, well, contacted … and I’m guessing the recommended advice is the old, ineffective, obsolete cold call.

Let’s face it: A cold call is a cold call is a cold call. I don’t care if it’s a direct, in-your-face, old-school cold call, or a sneaky, pretend-to-be-someone-I’m-not-to-get-a-contact-name cold call. (And if all you have is a contact name, you still haven’t even made the cold call!)

Here are some key reasons why cold calling – whether it’s “old-school” style, or especially this sneaky “cold calling 2.0,” continues to become less and less effective as time goes on:

1. Cold calling lacks honesty and integrity. I’ve been talking a lot lately about honesty and integrity. They need to be the foundation for everything you do, end of story. Without building on those principles, nothing else you do will last for the long term. Sure, you might get a lead and maybe even a sale now and then by being sneaky and telling little white lies, but what will that do for your reputation and self-esteem in the long term?

I have many clients and students who now receive 100% of their business from referrals. Do you think this could be possible if they didn’t live and do business by the highest, utmost standards of honesty and integrity? No way.

A big part of the “cold calling 2.0” myth is using a new “angle” to cold call. Well, I hate to break it to you, but honest, ethical people don’t have to use “angles” or “gimmicks” to do business.

2. Cold calling provides zero value to others. Another subject that’s coming up a lot in my talks and programs lately is that of giving value first. If you give first, with no expectation of reward, and no strings attached to your giving of value, you will reap rewards like you’ve never dreamed possible. People will look up to you as a trusted business adviser, they will respect you, and they will see you in an entirely different light than your competition.

Here’s the clincher: You can’t give value first if your initial contact with a prospect is through a cold call. Instead of positioning yourself as a generous provider of value, all a cold call does is position you as a hungry salesperson who just wants to get a sale … with no regard to providing any value first. This is precisely why closing rates of leads that come from cold calling are the lowest of all, or as my friend and author Jeffrey Gitomer has said, “Cold calling has the lowest percentage of sales call success.” It’s also why prospects tend to trust cold callers far less than other salespeople – they wonder what’s wrong with you and your company that you have been forced to cold call – the last resort of a desperate salesperson – to drum up business. It doesn’t speak highly of you or of your company’s financial stability.

3. Cold calling strictly limits your income by time. Due to the sheer amount of time required to make enough cold calls to get enough qualified leads, you will never make a high income by cold calling. Think about it – with all the time it takes to run appointments, meet with prospects and customers, handle customer service issues, attend sales meeting, write proposals, prepare reports, attend training (including your own continuing education), and so on, how on earth are there enough hours in every week, day, and month to make all those cold calls? There simply aren’t! Sure, if your product or service is a great offer and you’re good at cold calling, you might manage to eek out 100% of quota and hang on to your job for another month, but do you really want to spend the rest of your life eeking out your quota and starting over again next month? Of course not! I assume if you’re taking the time to read this article, it’s because you’re focused and have high goals for your career and your life and want to make the big bucks!

You’re not going to make the big bucks cold calling. Even if you’re some kind of cold calling genius who can make it work, you’re going to severely limit yourself by time and never reach the six-figure and higher income brackets. The only way, and I really mean the only way, to achieve that is through leverage. You need to have lead-generation systems in place that work exponentially, and simultaneously, to generate the quality and quantity of leads you’ll need to have to make the big bucks. That’s what will open the doors to promotions to upper management, consulting opportunities, or my own path – becoming a bestselling author and speaker.

If you’re out in the ocean, you have two choices: Swim back to shore and live on, or tread water until you die. Cold calling, including the new, so-called “cold calling 2.0” tactics, are treading water. Do you want to break through and move to the next level and beyond, or do you want to continue treading water?

Hopefully those points clear up this idea of “cold calling 2.0” and expose that urban legend as just that – a legend. I’m tired of hearing from struggling salespeople who have spent hundreds, or in some cases, over a thousand dollars on these “new cold calling” courses, only to have them fail, spend a mere on my system, and find out it was the answer to their prayers. Save your money, use your brains, and think for yourself … and stop treading water with those ineffective and time-consuming cold calls!

Giant Snowblowers: Say Goodbye to Heavy Snow

Giant snowblowers are must-haves during the winter season especially if you live in an area where snowfall is quite heavy. These giant snow machines are powerful workers that will not be easily intimidated by even deep and heavy snow coverage that exceeds 12 inches in depth. They can tackle even the heaviest snow jobs and plow through even the deepest snow. If you have major snow clearing needs, you should check out some of the giant snowblowers around.

What Giant Snowblowers Should Be

The giant snowblowers have certain requirements to make sure that they are well-built for the task they are meant for. One of the most important things about giant snowblowers is the engine. Large snow machines should be equipped with engines that are at par with their large sizes. If not, the large sizes would be useless as the engine is unable to meet the power required by heavy duty snow work. There are good engines that are often used in manufacturing excellent and high-grade snow blowers, such as Tecumseh and Briggs and Stratton engines. Such engines are equipped with optimum power and are very durable and thus ensure the performance of the large snow blowers. If you hear the names Tecumseh and Briggs and Stratton when it comes to snow blower engines, you know you can rely on the performance of that snow equipment.

Aside from the engines, giant snowblowers should also have high snow clearing specifications. The factors you need to consider include the clearing width, intake height, and how far the snow is thrown. The clearing width affects how fast you can clear snow away from your driveway. Snowblowers with small clearing widths require more passes before they can get the work done. The intake height determines the depth of snow coverage that the snow blower can plow through and clear. The distance of the throw is also an important consideration. If you have a wide driveway, you need a snow machine that can throw snow a considerable distance to ensure that the snow will be effectively cleared from your entire driveway. There are several top-rating giant models from top snow blower brands such as Troy Bilt and Toro that meet the following requirements soundly.

A Snow Giant: Toro Power Max

Giant snowblowers for homeowners are the two-stage heavy duty snowblowers, which are available from a lot of brands. Toro, as one of the biggest manufacturers of snow equipments, offers the heavy duty Toro Power Max model. The large snow machine looks ready for anything in the snow, and it definitely is. The good thing about this is that it can be easily maneuvered despite its large size. The machine features a Freewheel steering system for this as well as a Quick Stick chute control system. The Power Max system also lends the machine the necessary capability to handle large and heavy amounts of snow as fast as possible. Other features include electric starter, an auger gearcase, X-Trac tires, one-hand interlock, as well as reversible skid shoes to protect your driveway.

Heavy Duty YardMan Snow Machines

Aside from that, you should also check out the large snow blower series from other brands such as Simplicity and YardMan. YardMan offers an entire line of products under the Heavy Duty category, such as the H9JKI and the E9P3J, both with 16.5 GT 342cc OHV engines. The first has a clearing width of 33 inches, while the latter of 45 inches.

Large Frame and Signature Pro Series from Simplicity

Simplicity also offers its Large-Frame series and Signature Pro Commercial series, both of which include models that are large and can tackle heavy snow. The Large Frame machines come with all-steel chutes, Free Hand control, Easy Turn system, and prices at ,200 to ,050. The Signature Pro Commercial series adds the Snow Series MAX engines from Briggs and Stratton as well as heavy duty cast iron gear housings. The prices range from ,850 to ,700.

Pros: Giant snowblowers can tackle even heavy and deep snow coverage. Good models include some from

Cons: Be ready to spend a bit more for large-scale snow blowers.

The Verdict

If the snowfall and snow coverage in your area is heavy, buying giant snowblowers is a better option than buying a small or medium scale snow blower that won’t be up to the job at hand.

What to See When Getting a Quick Property Sale Solicitor

The solicitor that a person is going to be hiring for a quick property sale is an important person that will be used for the task at hand. This solicitor will be used to help with seeing that the transaction that is being handled can be successful. Here are a few tips that can be used with regards to getting the best solicitor for one’s home sale needs.

A good thing to do is to take a look at what a solicitor is going to be doing in this process first. The solicitor will be responsible for working to take care of the sale process that is going to be needed so that a quick property sale can go through in a timely fashion. The solicitor will work primarily as a representative for the seller in the deal. When the representation is used the seller will be able to have someone help out.

A good tip to use is to check on the past works that a particular solicitor has been involved with. These include services that deal with such things as past sales of all sorts.

Another tip to use is to look into different testimonials that work for that person in particular. These are useful in that they can show how that person works for clients and what the person will be able to do for one’s needs. This is used as a means of helping to get a client to feel easier about using a particular person for solicitor services.

Next it will be a good idea to see how much time is going to be required for a particular solicitor to be able to work for one’s needs. This is very important in that time is something that can be of the essence in a quick property sale. Being able to work with someone who works fast is important when it comes to a quick sale. This is especially the case of the risk of foreclosure is at stake in the sale.

There are some things to see with regards to getting a solicitor hired. For instance, quick sale provider can generally work to provide a seller will a solicitor who is free of charge for that person. This is something that can be very convenient in that it can help to get a person to save time and trouble with regards to finding a qualified solicitor that can be used for one’s needs. Although this can be a very good thing to see it will help to watch for how this person works because in many cases someone who is provided by the agency could work with that agency’s needs in mind over the client’s needs.

A seller can provide one’s own solicitor though. The cost of using a solicitor should be considered though in that a person like this can charge hundreds of pounds for services. Fortunately many agencies that deal with quick sales will be able to work to cover any fees that are associated with a quick property sale solicitor. This is done as a means of helping to make sure that the entire service that is being provided is still going to be free to use.

These are all things to see when getting a quick property sale solicitor. They are used as a means of looking to see that a person can get someone useful to work for one’s needs. They also work in order to help to make sure that no additional costs are going to be added to the entire process.

Round Rock Texas | Information About Greenslope In Round Rock Texas

Those who are drawn to the hill country just a few miles to the north of Austin, Texas, are likely to already be aware of all that the town of Round Rock has to offer. With only a short commute from Round Rock into Austin, those who are done living in the city but who aren’t entirely ready to give up the city life will find a number of the communities within Round Rock that will help them to own a home of their own and have access to a wide variety of options and activities that will make them happy that they chose to explore.

One community that tends to draw attention – especially from those who are looking into buying their first homes – is the Round Rock neighborhood of Green Slopes. The reason for this is relatively simple: not only does Green Slopes offer beautiful homes in Texas hill country, but the cost of homes in Green Slopes falls between ,000 and 5,000. Low prices are a big part of the draw to the area, but that doesn’t mean they are the only draw.

To see ALL houses for sale in Greenslopes visit the Greenslopes page on our Round Rock Real Estate website.

In addition to the value of homes in Green Slopes, first time buyers will find that they are able to count on the homes being in great shape as much of the construction is fairly recent. Without a home owners’ association, they will find that there are not extra expenses each month and, perhaps more importantly, the tax rates on property in Round Rock are affordable. Combine those benefits with a low crime rate and it is easy to see why Round Rock was recently names as one of the top twenty places to live.

Another factor in that, of course, is the Round Rock Independent School District. Round Rock’s school system – which Green Slopes is a part of – has been consistently recognized for the academic practices that have been put in place. Children in the Green Slopes community will attend Xenia Voigt Elementary School, CD Fulkes Middle School and Stony Point High School. In addition, with a wide variety of parks and recreation centers, those couples with younger children – or who are expecting – will find that Green Slopes and other Round Rock communities are a great place to raise a family.

Large employers are in the Round Rock area, the schools are notable and in communities like Green Slopes the home prices are affordable; already, this is a combination of elements that isn’t present everywhere. Add into the mix the chance to see minor league baseball games within Round Rocks, the ready access to health care for those who need it and easy access to shopping centers like La Frontera, Lake Line Mall and Round Rock Prime Outlets and it will not take long to see why so many people are drawn to the area.

Round Rock, Texas, has a great deal to offer to those who choose to call the area home; discover for yourself all of the benefits of moving into Green Slopes or one of Round Rock’s other communities.

1. Have proper documentation

No matter what country you are shipping to or from, proper documentation must be readily available and organized. This includes but is not limited to registration and the title to the car.

2. Keep all papers organized

The title to the car, registration and insurance papers, and shipping documents should all be prepared in advance. Having a car efficiently shipped to the Middle East with out said documents properly organized may prove difficult.

3. Citizenship Requirements

Not just any one can ship a car to the Middle East. Unless given express permission, most patrons hoping to ship their vehicle to the Middle East will need to hold citizenship. Of course, this may depend on where n the Middle East you are shipping. If you would like to ship to Israel for example, they are even so strict as to require the vehicle to be in the name of a citizen and be no more than 2 years old.

4. Car Condition

It is important to remember that some Countries have strict standards for the cars they allow to be driven on their roads. You should check the transportation customs for the Middle Eastern country you wish to send your car to, as your vehicle may not even be eligible. Of course, the shipping company you choose may be able to answer this question for you.

5. Customs Issues

When shipping to some countries, having personal items in your car are fine as long as they are accounted for. However, other countries may have strict rules against having anything at all while it is shipped. Unless you have been cleared to do otherwise, clean out your car completely to avoid a mess at customs.

6. VAT Taxes

Several Middle Eastern countries, Israel being one of them, charge Value Added Taxes (VAT). Unfortunately, this includes vehicle shipping. The tax will need to be paid in full, and may vary depending on the size of your engine.

7. Drivers License

It may be necessary for you to have a valid drivers license for the Country you are shipping your car too. A copy of this should be provided with the rest of your validating documents should that be the case.

8. Government Transportation License

Some countries require a transportation license of sorts to be granted before you can have your car shipped there. You will need to verify if the country has something like a ministry of transportation, if they do indeed require transportation licenses, and what is required from you to receive one.

9. Get Insurance

Especially if you are shipping from the U.S all the way to the Middle East, you should be sure to ask potential transporters about insurance options they offer. While transport companies will generally provide insurance on cars they move, for longer trips they will sometimes offer additional insurance, to insure against unlikely but possible circumstances like a Somali Pirate attack.

10. Give it Time

Especially with the documents you will need to put together, and possible licenses you will need to obtain, having plenty of time to spare before your car needs to arrive in the Middle East is prudent. Shipping a car can take several weeks on its own, so the sooner you get started putting your transport agenda together, the better. If you have any remaining questions, ask your transporter!
